5. Enrolment and Admission

NexEdge may reject or cancel an enrolment where:

6. Fees and Payments

All fees must be paid using payment methods approved by NexEdge.

Learners are responsible for:

  • Verifying the total course fee
  • Understanding the payment schedule
  • Keeping payment receipts
  • Completing instalment payments on time
  • Confirming any applicable taxes or additional charges

Course access, certificates, projects, assessments, placement services, or learning resources may be withheld where fees remain unpaid.

Any discount, scholarship, promotional offer, or special fee is valid only when confirmed in writing by NexEdge.


7. Refunds and Cancellations

Refund eligibility will be governed by the refund policy communicated at the time of enrolment.

Unless otherwise confirmed in writing:

  • Registration or booking fees may be non-refundable.
  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing.
  • Approved refunds may be subject to administrative or service deductions.
  • Fees may not be refundable after training has commenced or learning resources have been accessed.
  • Absence from classes does not automatically qualify for a refund.
  • Refunds will not be provided solely because a learner changes career plans, location, or personal schedule.

Where NexEdge cancels a program and cannot offer a suitable alternative batch, eligible learners may receive a transfer, credit, or refund based on the applicable policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove any statutory consumer rights available under applicable law.


8. Batch Transfers and Rescheduling

Batch transfers may be permitted subject to:

  • Availability of seats
  • Approval from NexEdge
  • Payment status
  • Program compatibility
  • Applicable transfer charges
  • The learner’s attendance and conduct record

NexEdge may reschedule classes due to trainer availability, public holidays, technical issues, emergencies, or operational requirements.

Learners will be informed through available communication channels.


9. Attendance and Learner Responsibilities

Learners are expected to:

  • Attend sessions regularly
  • Arrive on time
  • Complete assignments and projects
  • Participate in assessments
  • Maintain respectful behaviour
  • Follow trainer and institute instructions
  • Protect login credentials and learning materials
  • Avoid recording sessions without permission

Attendance requirements may apply for:

  • Course completion
  • Certificates
  • Internship participation
  • Assessments
  • Placement-readiness activities

10. Learning Platform and Account Security

Where NexEdge provides an online account or learning-platform access, the learner must:

  • Keep login credentials confidential
  • Not share access with another person
  • Use learning resources only for personal educational purposes
  • Notify NexEdge of suspected unauthorised access
  • Avoid downloading, copying, or distributing restricted content

NexEdge may suspend access where misuse, account sharing, unauthorised distribution, or security violations are identified.


11. Intellectual Property

All website and training content, including:

  • Course materials
  • Videos
  • Presentations
  • Assessments
  • Notes
  • Graphics
  • Designs
  • Software examples
  • Recorded sessions
  • Project templates
  • NexEdge names and logos

may be owned by or licensed to AVV NexEdge Pvt. Ltd.

Learners may use authorised materials for personal learning only.

Without written permission, learners must not:

  • Reproduce or sell course materials
  • Record or distribute training sessions
  • Upload materials to public platforms
  • Use NexEdge content for commercial training
  • Copy website designs, text, or branding
  • Remove copyright or ownership notices

12. Projects and Learner Submissions

Learners must submit original work unless collaboration has been authorised.

Plagiarism, copied code, false project submissions, or academic misconduct may result in:

  • Rejection of the submission
  • Withholding of a certificate
  • Suspension from the program
  • Removal from placement activities

Unless separately agreed, learners retain ownership of their original project work. NexEdge may request permission to display selected projects, testimonials, or achievements for educational or promotional purposes.


13. Certification

Certificates are issued only to learners who satisfy the applicable requirements, which may include:

  • Minimum attendance
  • Completion of assignments
  • Assessment performance
  • Project completion
  • Payment of all fees
  • Compliance with institute policies

A certificate confirms completion of the relevant NexEdge program. It does not represent a university degree, government licence, professional licence, or guaranteed employment unless expressly stated.


14. Internship Programs

Internship participation may be subject to:

  • Eligibility criteria
  • Attendance requirements
  • Project completion
  • Performance assessments
  • Professional conduct
  • Availability of internship assignments

Unless specifically stated in writing, an internship program does not create an employer–employee relationship and does not guarantee a stipend, permanent employment, or placement.

  • Interview preparation
  • Job-search guidance

Placement support is intended to improve learner readiness.

NexEdge does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • A particular employer
  • A specific salary
  • A fixed joining date
  • Interview selection
  • Successful completion of an employer’s recruitment process

Employment outcomes depend on the learner’s skills, attendance, performance, experience, interview results, job-market conditions, employer requirements, and other factors outside NexEdge’s control.


16. Placement Commitment Programs

Where a program is described as a placement commitment program, the applicable eligibility conditions, attendance rules, assessment criteria, learner responsibilities, exclusions, and support period must be read together with the written program agreement provided at enrolment.

Marketing phrases must not be interpreted as an unconditional employment guarantee unless a separate signed agreement expressly states otherwise.


17. Corporate and Institutional Training

Corporate, college, and institutional programs may be governed by a separate proposal, purchase order, memorandum of understanding, or service agreement.

Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement will apply in the event of a conflict with these general Terms.


18. Third-Party Services and Links

The website may contain links to third-party websites, payment providers, communication platforms, software tools, or learning services.

NexEdge is not responsible for:

  • Third-party content
  • External website availability
  • Third-party privacy practices
  • Changes in external software
  • Transactions completed outside authorised NexEdge channels

Where consent has been provided, the learner may contact NexEdge to request withdrawal for future use, subject to content already lawfully published or printed.


21. Prohibited Conduct

NexEdge may suspend or terminate access where a learner:

  • Harasses trainers, staff, or other learners
  • Damages institute property
  • Engages in cheating or plagiarism
  • Shares restricted learning content
  • Misuses technical systems
  • Uses cybersecurity training for unlawful purposes
  • Disrupts sessions
  • Provides fraudulent documents
  • Violates applicable laws or institute policies

Serious misconduct may be reported to appropriate authorities.


22. Ethical Use of Cybersecurity Training

Cybersecurity, ethical hacking, networking, and security-testing skills must be used only:

  • In authorised lab environments
  • On systems owned by the learner
  • With the system owner’s written permission
  • For lawful and defensive purposes

NexEdge does not authorise learners to access, test, scan, attack, monitor, or interfere with third-party systems without permission.

The learner is solely responsible for unlawful or unauthorised use of acquired skills.


23. Service Availability

NexEdge does not guarantee that the website, learning platform, online sessions, or digital resources will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Temporary interruptions may occur because of:

  • Maintenance
  • Technical failures
  • Internet disruptions
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Security incidents
  • Events beyond reasonable control

NexEdge will make reasonable efforts to restore affected services.


24. Limitation of Liability
